The double membrane gas tank is 3/4 spherical in shape and is fixed to the cement base or the top of the anaerobic tank by rail.
The main body is made of specially processed polyester material (the main components are red clay soft composite film and red clay soft soft mesh cloth).
The tank is composed of outer membrane, inner membrane, bottom membrane (on the ground cabinet) and auxiliary equipment, which has the ability to resist ultraviolet light and various microorganisms, and is highly fireproof and in line with standards.
Part 1 Bottom membrane
It is mainly used for foundation sealing to achieve the advantages of anti-corrosion, anti-leakage, simplified installation and long service cycle that traditional infrastructure cannot achieve.
Part 2 Inner membrane
Used to isolate biogas and pressure regulating gas
Part 3 Outer membrane
The inner membrane is suitable for constant gas pressure output and has a protective effect on the inner membrane, and the outer membrane section is connected with the edge of the inner membrane and the bottom membrane or the mouth of the fermenter.
The bottom membrane, inner membrane and outer membrane form two Spaces together. The inner membrane space is used as a gas storage space to store various gases, and the outer membrane and inner membrane interlayer space is used as a pressure regulating space.
When the stored gas increases, the inner membrane curves, and the control device expels the pressurized air of the outer membrane to free up a certain capacity.
When the gas stored in the inner membrane is small, the control device injects air into the regulator layer to balance the pressure in the cabinet and stabilize the outer membrane stiffness.
