Carport Film Material Properties

The anti-aging property of membrane structure shed membrane material mainly depends on the anti-aging property of substrate and coating.

 

To determine its tensile strength and tear strength, the anti-aging evaluation of the film material is generally to carry out outdoor exposure test for 5 years, or 2000h for B and c film materials, and 10000h artificial accelerated exposure test for A film material, requiring its tensile strength to remain above 80%.

 

The durability of PVC coated membrane structural materials is generally 7-10 years, and the durability of PTFE coated membrane materials is generally more than 20 years.

1, the use of temperature environment is -40℃/+70℃, pay attention to the setting of lighting and heating equipment, should not be too close to the film material, so as not to burn the film material.

 

2, the surface of the film needs to be cleaned, clean the surface of the cleaning film, the use of water or neutral cleaning agent, should not be cleaned with such as  gasoline, alcohol, acidic or alkaline materials liquid agent.

 

3, if there is water on the surface of the film, timely drainage treatment. if not timely treatment  will cause damage to the film structure.

 

4, the surface of the film should not be in contact with the knife, sharp instrument  to avoid scratching and grinding the surface of the film. Once the film material is found to be scratched, serious abrasion and other phenomena, effective measures should be taken in time to avoid more serious abrasion.
