PTFE Filter Membrane Material

PTFE filter membrane material is a filter material based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which has a unique set of properties and characteristics that make it perform well in a variety of filtration applications.

Material and structure​

PTFE filter membrane uses polytetrafluoroethylene as raw material, through special processes (such as calendering, extrusion, bidirectional drawing, etc.) to make microporous film.

It has a fibrillar micropore structure with a porosity of more than 85% and 1.4 billion micropores per square centimeter, with pore sizes ranging from 0.02μm to 15μm.

Application field

1. Industrial filtration
Mainly used in chemical industry, steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement, waste incineration and other industrial furnace smoke filtration.

2. Air purification
PTFE filter membrane can be used for air purification equipment to filter small particles such as dust and bacteria in the air.

3. Semiconductor manufacturing
