The production process of PVC fast rolling shutter door

The production process of PVC rapid roll-up doors involves multiple stages and precise operations. Below is a detailed introduction to the production process:

I. Material Preparation

  1. PVC Film Material
High-strength, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant PVC film is selected as the main body of the door curtain. These materials exhibit excellent physical and chemical properties to meet the operational demands of rapid roll-up doors.

  2. Door Frame Material
Door frames are typically made of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel to ensure structural stability and durability. These materials offer strong corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, effectively supporting the door curtain and withstanding external impacts.

  3. Accessory Materials
Includes high-strength aluminum alloy rollers, wear-resistant nylon sliders, electronic components, and safety sensors. These accessories are chosen to ensure the door's lifting speed, stability, and safety.

II. Manufacturing Process

  1. Cutting and Stretching
The PVC film material is cut to precise dimensions using a cutting machine. The cut curtain sheets are then stretched in a stretching machine to achieve the required size and surface quality.

  2. Heat Sealing of Door Curtain
The stretched curtain sheets undergo high-frequency heat sealing to ensure tensile strength and flexibility. This process guarantees uniformity and durability, preventing weld separation during use.

  3. Door Frame Welding
Metal door frame materials are welded with precision to ensure structural integrity. Weld quality and appearance are closely monitored to avoid defects like slag inclusion or cracks.

III. Assembly and Testing

  1. Curtain Assembly
The heat-sealed curtain sheets are connected via hinges to form a complete curtain. The curtain is then secured to the door track with steel cables, and weighted blocks are installed at the bottom to ensure smooth opening/closing.

  2. Door Frame Installation
The welded frame is installed at the designated location, ensuring firm connections to walls and floors. Alignment (horizontal/vertical) is strictly checked for proper door operation.

  3. Drive System Installation
A drive system is selected based on door size and weight, then mounted to the door body. The system must guarantee stable lifting speeds and operational reliability.

  4. Control System Installation
Advanced electronic components and safety sensors are installed to enable secure and intelligent door operation. The control system automatically adjusts opening/closing speeds based on ambient temperature and usage conditions.

IV. Quality Inspection and Packaging

  1. Quality Inspection

    • Visual Inspection: Checks for surface smoothness and color consistency.
    • Dimensional Inspection: Verifies length, width, and thickness compliance.
    • Functional Testing: Evaluates opening/closing performance, wear resistance, and weather resistance.
  2. Packaging
Qualified products are wrapped in dustproof and moisture-proof plastic film, then placed in cartons with fillers to prevent damage during transportation.

V. Maintenance and Care

To ensure long-term reliability, regular maintenance is required:

  • Cleaning: Remove dust and stains from the door surface.
  • Inspect Rollers and Guides: Check for wear and replace/repair components if needed.
  • Check Drive and Control Systems: Ensure all systems function properly.

The production of PVC rapid roll-up doors is a complex, multi-stage process requiring strict adherence to technical specifications. Only through meticulous execution can high-quality products be consistently delivered.
