TPU film/sheet

TPU film is a kind of functional environmental protection film, compared with other plastic materials, high strength, good toughness, cold resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, climate resistance, environmental protection, non-toxic decomposition and other characteristics, at the same time, it has high waterproof and moisture permeability, wind, cold, antibacterial, warm, anti-ultraviolet and energy release and many other excellent functions, can be widely used in various fields.

TPU film is increasingly popular because of its superior performance and environmental protection concept. At present, wherever PVC is used, TPU can become a substitute for PVC.

But TPU has the advantages that PVC can't match. TPU not only has excellent characteristics of high tension, high tension, toughness and aging resistance, but also is a mature environmental protection material.

At present, TPU has been widely used in: shoes, clothing, inflatable toys, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, fitness equipment, car seat materials, umbrellas, suitcases, bags and so on.

TPU film is widely used in sports shoes: sole and upper trademark decoration, air bag, air cushion, oil bag and so on. Today, there are two trends in the application of TPU film in sports shoes:

(1) The TPU film is first printed and colored on the screen plate, and then shaped and bonded on the upper shoe for decoration to achieve a special decorative effect.
(2) The use of waterproof and moisture-permeable TPU film and shoe cloth to achieve waterproof and moisture-permeable effect.
