Main Fabric Materials Used In Membrane Structure Industry

3 kinds of fabric materials are used in membrane structure (also known as tensile/tension structure ) industry mostly. Like PVC, PTFE, ETFE, etc. Sometimes, PVDF or PVF material. 

PVC, PVDF, PVF materials are welded by high frequency welding machines mostly. Sometimes, hot air welder. Some PVDF coating should be grinded out before its welding. 

PTFE material is also know as teflon. Welded by high temperature which is up to 380℃-400℃, even higher. So, PTFE Welding Machines can weld up to 450-500℃ normally.
