Double membrane integrated gas cabinet

Ⅰ. Structural composition

The double-membrane integrated gas cabinet is mainly composed of the following parts:

1.Bottom membrane: mainly used for basic sealing to achieve anti-corrosion and anti-permeability effects that traditional infrastructure cannot achieve. In the integrated gas cabinet, there may be no independent bottom membrane structure, but it is directly connected to the fermentation tank or storage tank.

2.Inner membrane: used to isolate the stored gas and the outer membrane pressure-regulated gas to form a relatively independent gas storage space.

3.Outer membrane: forms a pressure regulating chamber with the inner membrane, so that the inner membrane gas can be output at a constant pressure and protect the inner membrane. The outer membrane is usually formed into a spherical or similar shape to enhance its ability to withstand pressure.

4.Constant pressure control cabinet: used to monitor and control the pressure in the gas cabinet to ensure that it fluctuates within a safe range.

5.Safety protector: When the pressure in the gas cabinet exceeds the set value, the safety protector will automatically release the pressure-regulated air to protect the inner and outer membranes from damage.

6.Fan: used to adjust the inlet and outlet gas volume and keep the pressure in the gas cabinet stable.

7.Intelligent digital pressure controller: provides real-time pressure monitoring and display functions, which is convenient for operators to understand the operating status of the gas cabinet.

Ⅱ. Working Principle

The working principle of the double-membrane integrated gas cabinet is based on the synergy of the inner and outer membranes:

1.Gas storage process: When the stored gas increases, the inner membrane will rise accordingly. At this time, the pressure regulating chamber between the outer and inner membranes will release the pressure regulating air to free up a certain amount of capacity for the inner membrane to continue to rise. At the same time, the constant pressure control cabinet will monitor and control this process to ensure that the pressure is within a safe range.

2.Exhaust process: When the gas stored in the inner membrane decreases, the inner membrane will drop. At this time, the control equipment will inject pressure regulating air into the pressure regulating chamber to balance the pressure in the gas cabinet. During this process, the outer membrane will maintain its rigidity to ensure that the stored gas can flow out of the gas cabinet smoothly.

Ⅲ. Features and Advantages

1.Compact structure: The double-membrane integrated gas cabinet adopts an integrated design, which occupies a small area and does not require additional guide rails, lifting pistons and other components, reducing maintenance costs.

2.Safe and reliable: Multiple safety protection measures such as overpressure safety valves and biogas leak alarms are provided to ensure the safety of the gas cabinet during operation.

3.Long service life: The service life of the inner membrane can reach more than 25 years, and the service life of the outer membrane can reach more than 20 years, which reduces the replacement cost.

4.Easy and quick installation: Only a basic cement base is required, and the installation can be completed within a few days, saving installation costs and time.
Environmental protection and energy saving: The double-membrane integrated gas cabinet can effectively store and utilize renewable energy such as biogas, reducing energy waste and environmental pollution.

IV. Application scenarios

Double-membrane integrated gas cabinets are widely used in many fields, including but not limited to:

1.Farms: used for biogas recovery and storage, providing a stable supply of biogas for subsequent biogas power generation or other purposes.

2.Water treatment plants and garbage treatment plants: used to store and treat biogas generated during the process to reduce its loss and waste.

3.Industrial field: used to store various gases and liquids to meet production needs. Its safe and reliable characteristics, space-saving and economical advantages make it widely used in the industrial field.

4.Energy storage system: such as storing hydrogen generated by solar or wind energy to supply electricity or heat.

Double-membrane integrated gas cabinets play an important role in many fields with their unique structure and advantages. With the continuous advancement of technology and the continuous expansion of applications, its market prospects will be broader.
