Classification and characteristics of tarpaulin materials
PVC coated cloth
Material composition: high-strength polyester filament as the base fabric, double-sided coating of liquid PVC slurry, and drying and plasticization to form an overall structure.
Core advantages:
Physical properties: high tensile strength (tear strength ≥80N/5cm), anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, strong weather resistance, smooth surface and soft texture.
Protective function: waterproof and anti-seepage, fire retardant (reaching B1/M2 grade standard), mildew-proof, good flame retardancy, various colors and excellent self-cleaning properties.
Application scenarios: suitable for industrial storage tents, large exhibition tents, emergency rescue tents, etc., which can meet the needs of heavy loads and long-term outdoor use.
Polyester fiber cloth
Material characteristics: light texture, good flexibility, easy to transport and build.
Application scenarios: suitable for light tents, temporary awnings and other scenes with high requirements on weight and portability.
Transparent PVC cloth
Material characteristics: high light transmittance (≥90%), both waterproof and anti-ultraviolet properties.
Application scenarios: suitable for commercial exhibition tents, landscape membrane structures and other occasions that require natural lighting.
Other special materials
TPU coated cloth: has excellent wear resistance, low temperature resistance and elasticity, suitable for high-end outdoor tents, inflatable amusement facilities, etc.
PTFE/PVDF coated cloth: has self-cleaning, backlight and UV resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor membrane structure buildings.
