Based on their level of automation and application, membrane welding machines are mainly classified as follows:
Automatic Heat Sealing Machine
Features: High-end, efficient, and precise. It can achieve automated welding by pre-setting parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure through a CNC system.
Advantages: Extremely stable and uniform weld quality, good repeatability, suitable for large-scale projects and mass production.
Types: Gantry type, track type, etc.
Applications: Main welds of membrane structures in large stadiums, airports, and landmark buildings.
Semi-automatic Heat Sealing Machine
Features: Flexible and economical. Requires manual placement of the membrane material by an operator for welding.
Advantages: Suitable for on-site construction, repair, complex-shaped welds, and small to medium-sized projects.
High-Frequency Heat Sealing Machine: Utilizes a high-frequency electric field to cause frictional heat generation and fusion of polar materials such as PVC. Suitable for PVC membrane materials, fast speed, and high weld strength.
