Compared with the production greenhouse, the research greenhouse has higher requirements for the artificial environment.

 

It originated in Europe during the Renaissance and was originally used to protect and breed rare fruit trees, medicinal plants and cash crops plundered from colonies.
Later, the greenhouse became a symbol of the upper class to show identity, status or wealth. The Citrus Conservatory at Kew, Royal Botanic Gardens, is a typical example

· Steel structure, is a variety of spatial grid combination structure

· Aluminum alloy structure, depending on the span, load, etc., can be used in single-layer or double-layer form, can also be used in local double-layer form. Depending on the shape of the building, it can adopt spherical surface, cylindrical surface, hyperbolic paraboloid, elliptic paraboloid and other surface forms, and can also adopt various combined surface forms

· Wooden structure, generally used for smaller buildings or facilities.

· Glass: must be tempered, ceiling glass needs to use laminated glass
· ETFE film: chemically stable, with high light transmittance, small weight, only 1% of the glass weight. It can be used in a single layer, or 2-3 layers of film can be synthesized into an air pillow.

· Air pump system
The air pillow needs to maintain a stable air pressure, and the outdoor snow data is transmitted to the controller through the snow sensor. The air pump adjusts the pressure of the air pillow by charging and releasing air. Generally speaking, the greater the wind or snow load, the greater the pressure in the air pillow.

 

· Electric window opener

· Shading system
In order to ensure the environmental comfort of the greenhouse in summer and reduce energy consumption, it should be considered to set up a sunshade system

· Simulate a single tropical rainforest environment in a single greenhouse, using plants, animals, soil, water, air, sunlight, sound, etc., to give people an approximate real experience.

 

· Set experiences such as cliff climbing, peak overlooking, waterfall cascading, wild fruit fragrance, primitive tribe and jungle traversing in the simulated environment.

 

· Use scientific and technological means to create multi-dimensional sensory stimulation such as terror cave, skylight light and shadow, wind and rain lightning, and flight around the dome.
