How to adjust the intensity, pressure and frequency during the use of the double membrane gas cabinet high frequency heat sealing machine

During the use of the double-membrane gas cabinet high-frequency heat sealer (also commonly known as a high-frequency heat sealer), adjusting the intensity, pressure and frequency is a key step to ensure the quality and efficiency of heat sealing. The following is a detailed guide on how to adjust these parameters:

Ⅰ. Adjust the intensity

Intensity adjustment is usually related to the voltage and current settings of the high-frequency power supply:

1.Voltage adjustment:

Open the control panel of the high-frequency heat sealer and find the voltage adjustment knob or digital controller.

According to the type and thickness of the film material, gradually adjust the voltage value. Generally speaking, thicker film materials require higher voltages to ensure sufficient melting.

During the adjustment process, pay attention to the heat sealing effect to avoid excessively high voltages that cause the film material to burn or too low voltages that cause insufficient heat sealing.

2.Current adjustment:

The adjustment of current is usually complementary to voltage. After adjusting the voltage, fine-tune the current value appropriately according to the heat sealing effect and the reading of the ammeter.

Ensuring that the current is within the appropriate range can both ensure the quality of heat sealing and avoid equipment overload.

Ⅱ. Adjust the pressure

The adjustment of pressure is essential to ensure that the film material fits tightly and the heat seal is uniform:

1.Check the pressure gauge:

Before adjusting the pressure, check whether the pressure gauge of the heat sealer is accurate. Calibrate or replace it if necessary.

2.Adjust the air pressure:

。According to the type and thickness of the film material, as well as the required heat seal strength, adjust the air pressure value of the heat sealer. Usually, the air pressure between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa is more appropriate.

。When adjusting the air pressure, pay attention to keep the air pressure on both sides equal to avoid uneven heat sealing.
Observe the heat sealing effect:

。After adjusting the pressure, perform a trial heat seal to observe the fusion of the film material and the flatness of the heat seal edge. Further fine-tune the air pressure value as needed.

1.Manual adjustment:

。Open the chassis of the high-frequency heat sealer and find the frequency adjustment knob or switch.

。According to the equipment manual and the characteristics of the film material, gradually adjust the frequency value. During the adjustment process, pay attention to observe the heat sealing effect and the changes in the ammeter.

。After the adjustment is completed, return the knob or switch to the fixed position and close the chassis.

2.Automatic adjustment (if the device supports):

。Connect the computer to the frequency automatic adjustment module of the high-frequency heat sealer.

。Set the required frequency, waveform, amplitude and other parameters on the computer.

。Automatically adjust the frequency through the menu bar of the high-frequency heat sealer. During the adjustment process, it is also necessary to observe the heat sealing effect and the changes in the ammeter.

.After the adjustment is completed, save the settings and disconnect the computer.

IV. Precautions

1.Safety first:

。Before adjusting any parameters, make sure that the power supply of the high-frequency heat sealer is disconnected and follow the safe operating procedures.
