What are the classifications of ePTFE folded filter elements?

Ⅰ. Classification by application characteristics

1.Hydrophobic PTFE filter element

Characteristics: It has natural strong hydrophobicity, can ensure absolute sterilization under wet or dry conditions, and 100% filter out bacteriophages in the gas.

Application: Commonly used for filtering compressed gas, respirators, sterilized gas, as well as filtering chemical reagents and APIs.

2.Hydrophilic PTFE filter element

Characteristics: The modified hydrophilic filter element does not need to be wetted in advance when used, and the hydrophilic performance is stable.

Application: It is usually used for chemical reagent filtration, antibiotics, eye drops, and water-based chemical filtration.

1.FluorPure series

Features: It uses a specific PVDF shell and a hydrophobic perfluorinated filter element, which has excellent chemical compatibility and filtration performance.

2.G series (FG series)

Features: Hydrophobic PTFE membrane pleated filter element, with extremely strong chemical tolerance and wide chemical compatibility, high flux, low pressure drop, and extremely high cost performance.

Application: Suitable for low surface tension solvent filtration, strong acid and alkali liquid filtration, strong oxidizing liquid filtration, compressed air and nitrogen sterilization filtration, etc.

3.L Series (FL Series)

Features: hydrophilic PTFE membrane folded filter element, high flow rate, strong chemical tolerance, wide chemical compatibility, high flux, low precipitation.

Application: Suitable for high temperature, high viscosity solvent filtration, strong acid liquid filtration, strong oxidizing liquid filtration, high purity chemical filtration, etc.

4.SG Series (FSG Series)

Features: Meet GMP gas sterile filtration requirements, suitable for occasions requiring sterile filtration.

5.DG Series (FDG Series)

Features: Double-layer PTFE membrane folded filter element, meet GMP gas sterile filtration requirements, with higher filtration efficiency and reliability.

6.CF Series

Application: Mainly used for wet process water filtration, chemical liquid filtration, substrate cleaning filtration, etc.

7.CL Series

Features: Excellent chemical compatibility, especially suitable for filtering etching solution, stripping solution, diluent, developer, cleaning agent and other chemicals.
