1. Welding Sparking
Cause: Excessive high-frequency current or an unlevel mold leading to an unstable arc.
Solution: Calibrate the mold's level and adjust the current to a reasonable range (e.g., 150-180℃ for ETFE membrane materials).
Use short arc welding to avoid excessive arc length causing sparking.
2. Weld Air Bubbles
Cause: Moisture in the membrane material or uneven heat sealing temperature.
Solution: Ensure the membrane material is dry and clean the surface before heat sealing.
Control the temperature uniformly to avoid localized overheating.
3. Insufficient Weld Strength
Cause: Insufficient heat sealing pressure or too short a time.
Solution: Increase the pressure and extend the heat sealing time.
4. Poor Sealing
Cause: Incomplete weld fusion or the presence of impurities.
Solution: Thoroughly clean the membrane surface, ensuring it is free of oil and moisture.
5. Membrane Deformation
Cause: Uneven heat sealing temperature or insufficient cooling.
Solution: Uniform heating.
Key Operation: The parameters of the high-frequency heat sealing machine need to pass process evaluation.
