Fabric Building (1)

A fabric building is a temporary or semi-permanent building composed mainly of alloy profiles or steel frames and cloth. It can be used for short-term outdoor activities, or for temporary or permanent projects with large area, large span, unobstructed internal space, and fast loading and unloading.

The tent house originated in Europe, which is different from the ordinary tent is equivalent to a temporary building, reliable safety performance, for different types of sites can be quickly and flexibly built. It has the characteristics of convenient disassembly, convenient transportation and diversified combination. There are no extra beams and columns in the tent, the space utilization rate is 100%, and the tent enhances the many possibilities of outdoor activities.

The structure of the tent

The main frame of the tent is a high-strength hollow aluminum alloy structure or steel structure, the adjustable base can make up for the uneven site, the tent is made of PVC tarpaulin, the tarpaulin has no stretching, rain proof, UV proof good performance, opaque, fire level to meet the national standard, the use of high-frequency welding technology, the tent wind resistance to 80-100 km/h.

Supporting structure

The structural frame of the tent is generally based on aluminum alloy profiles and steel, aluminum alloy frame has the characteristics of beautiful, good durability, and no rust, but the price is higher, and the industrial tent is generally a steel frame structure.

In order to ensure the durability and corrosion resistance of the tent structure, the steel frame structure generally uses hot-dip galvanized anti-rust coating, which has the advantages of low processing cost, durable, good reliability, strong toughness of the coating, comprehensive protection, time-saving and labor-saving.

Film material
In order to achieve the effect of heat insulation and heat preservation, the use of double layer film, adding fiber cotton and other insulating materials between the double layer film, so that not only can be cold and heat insulation, but also through 4% of the light, which is enough to do not need artificial lighting during the day. In addition, there is a thin vapor insulation layer under the warm layer, which can absorb sound.

The main types of membrane materials for construction are as follows:

PVC building film
The development and application of PVC building membrane materials are relatively early. The coating is mainly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, and the weight of different coatings should be between 400 and 1500g/m2 according to the functional requirements. The surface layer should be polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVF), polydifluoroethylene resin (PVDF), polypropylene resin (ACRYLIC), silicone, etc. And it should have the function of improving the self-cleaning and anti-aging properties of PVC film materials.

ETFE building membrane
ETFE not only has excellent impact resistance, electrical properties, thermal stability and chemical corrosion resistance, but also has high mechanical strength, good processing performance, particularly good light transmission, light weight, good toughness, high tensile strength, not easy to be torn, strong weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, strong self-cleaning function, and good acoustic performance.

ETFE also has shortcomings, such as the external environment is easy to damage the material and cause air leakage, high maintenance costs, but with the construction of large stadiums, tourist places, waiting halls, ETFE more prominent their own advantages.

PTFE building membrane
PTFE membrane is a material which is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene resin on the ultrafine glass fiber fabric. The film has good welding properties, excellent anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and flame retardant properties.

In addition, its anti-fouling self-cleaning property is the best of all building membrane materials, but the flexibility is poor, the construction is more difficult, and the cost is higher.
